Role Summary

They operate computer and microcomputer systems, monitoring application performance, data input and output resources, data storage resources, error logs, central processing unit (CPU) consumption, network resources and application availability.

ensure the functioning of the hardware and software of the team assigned to the contract under which they work.

They guarantee the security of information, through backup copies and storing them in a prescribed location, verifying logical user access and destroying discarded confidential information.

serve customers and users, guiding them in the use of hardware and software; inspect the physical environment for workplace safety.
