HK Project Supervisor

Role Summary

PURPOSE OR MISSION OF THE POSITION

Ensure the correct execution, control and monitoring of assigned projects, guaranteeing compliance with established objectives, deadlines, budgets and quality standards. His responsibilities include the coordination of the work team, resource management, risk identification and mitigation, effective communication with stakeholders and the implementation of best practices in project management to achieve successful results.

Responsibilities

• Understand the work order management process scheme managed by the Group's Zone Management.
• Develop and permanently update the procedures for cleaning sanitary sewage branches and television inspection to be applied, taking as reference the work protocols managed by the Veolia Group.
• Supervise the correct execution of the cleaning work on sanitary sewage branches according to the work protocols managed by the Veolia Group.
• Supervise the correct execution of television inspection work in sewage systems according to the work protocols managed by the Veolia Group.
• Guard the proper use of the assets of the projects in execution.
• Coordinate together with the general services department the maintenance plan for critical assets.
• Complete all cleaning and inspection forms handled by the Veolia Group according to its internal procedures.
• Supervise the correct use of the collector tool to upload information on the work carried out.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the work performed to present them to the immediate boss.

Drive the vehicle responsibly according to preventive driving rules

• Supervise budget control according to the business plan prepared for the execution of projects.
• Identify significant environmental aspects and environmental emergency situations that cause negative environmental impacts.
• Comply with Legal Provisions and Requirements as well as institutional or corporate Policies.
• Compile and systematize information related to the sewer system cleaning segment (potential clients, suppliers, competition, strategic partners, applicable legislation, etc.)
• Support the development of the Strategic Plan for the provision of cleaning services for sewage systems, domestic or in public networks, in the canton of Guayaquil and other municipalities.
• Propose agendas for commercial visits, follow-up with potential clients, according to the strategic planning of the current year.
• Identify customer needs, as well as Veolia's value proposition that meets these needs.
• Meet strategic objectives, whether in sales quotas and number of work orders executed.
• Develop businesses based on transparency, ethics and professionalism, in accordance with the Veolia Compliance Policy
• Support the preparation of documents required to present business opportunities to the country, zone and group (Note Zero, Note One, Go No Go Matrix, Risk Matrix, etc.), according to established internal procedures.
• Support the preparation of unit price analysis, preparation of quotes or offers and business plan.
