Role Summary

General technical analysis of documents sent by the client with the guidance of other analysts;

Internal requests (Collection, Testing and/or Others) in accordance with technical documentation and applicable processes;

Support in contacting the customer via email, telephone and WhatsApp, in order to update the status of ongoing processes or request clarifications or technical documents;

Update of controls and systems in accordance with procedures.

Requirements

• Be studying higher education in Electrical or Electronic Engineering;
• Intermediate knowledge of the office package;
• Basic English;
