Role Summary

SGS is looking for a Health & Nutrition Coordinator to reinforce its team in the North region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for food services, identifying business opportunities and promoting customer acquisition and loyalty;
  • Prepare and monitor technical and commercial proposals, ensuring the adequacy of solutions to customer needs;
  • Manage relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders;
  • Coordinate projects and services, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, budget and quality requirements;
  • Plan and optimize the operation, ensuring efficient management of resources and coordination between teams;
  • Lead, develop and monitor the team, promoting alignment with the organization's objectives;
  • Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous improvement actions;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory requirements and internal procedures;

Represent SGS with customers, partners and external entities.

Requirements

Desired profile

  • Degree in Science or Engineering in the Food sector, or area relevant to the role;
  • Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in team coordination and management;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Experience in business development and identification of commercial opportunities;
  • Knowledge of the food sector and its technical and regulatory framework;
  • Ability to analyze the market and identify customer needs;
  • Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals;
  • Knowledge of planning, organizing and monitoring operations;
  • Experience in defining and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement;
  • Mastery of management tools, data analysis, reporting and Microsoft Office;

Ability to make decisions, manage conflicts and optimize resources.
