Head of Project & Stability

Role Summary

• Organizes and supervises the Project & Stability department;
• Supervises the development and validation of analytical methods within the department;
• Studies and resolves analytical problems in collaboration with project leaders, scientists and analysts;

Participates in the creation and review of price offers in collaboration with Customer Service and studies their practical implementation.

• Consults with project leaders and plans the analyzes to be carried out by the team's analysts, taking into account expertise, deadlines, client requirements,
• Provides support in supervising analyzes and resolving any problems raised by analysts;
• Informs, supports and coaches service members

Requirements

• Master's or PhD degree in science (chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, etc.) or bachelor's degree with significant experience;
• Experience of more than 3 years in an equivalent position in QC and/or method development;
• Experience in personnel management, management;
• In-depth knowledge of analytical chemistry and instrumental chemistry (HPLC, GC, IR, UV, etc.)
• Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
• Knowledge of GMP standards
• Teamwork
• Rigor, autonomy and good communication skills
• Organized, motivated and resistant to stress;

Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, etc.).
