Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the order at the Frankfurt location including operational, strategic and economic management
• Leadership, motivation and further development of managers and employees as well as further development of the organization and processes
• Ensuring high-quality, economical and legally compliant service provision/contract fulfillment
• Responsibility for budget, results, forecast and sustainable profitability
• Maintaining and expanding customer and authority relationships as well as actively participating in business development, tenders and new services
• Ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining and operational requirements
• Trustful cooperation with employee representatives and implementation of strategic projects and change processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree or comparable qualification with a business or service-oriented focus
• Several years of management experience in an operational, personnel-intensive organization with responsibility for results
• Strong business management skills and experience in managing complex operational processes
• Proven leadership strength, assertiveness and high social skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with customers, authorities and internal stakeholders
• Confident handling of key figures/KPIs, performance control/SLAs and change processes
• Knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining and working with employee representatives is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking, a high level of personal responsibility and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in security, aviation or infrastructural services environments is an advantage
