• ✔️ Direct interaction with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions
• ✔️ Strong involvement in payroll and benefits end-to-end implementation cycles

Requirements

• We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits implementations.
• ✔️ 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits (HCM) implementations
