H&S ASSISTANT

Role Summary

Assists with OI administrative tasks in a systemic and assisted manner through the instructions received. Collaborate with the area and/or team, contributing to streamlining services;

• Respect the company's health, safety and environmental values;
• Support in the development and implementation of OI policies (health, occupational safety and environment);
• Monitoring the carrying out of field audits and area assessment;
• Support in investigation, analysis of accidents, and recommendations for prevention and control measures;
• Assist in preparing the OI training schedule;
• Performs data entries in the Crystal system (corporate);
• Assist in the management/control of OI documentation;
• Carry out, monitor and control the training of OI employees;
• Conducts DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) with field teams, according to specific topics in the sector;

Requirements

• Occupational Safety Technician;
• Office Package - Basic;
