H&S Analyst

Role Summary

Risk Assessment: Identify specific hazards of the wind industry (working at height, confined spaces, noise, electrical risks, crane operation) in area parks.

Implementation of Protocols: Develop and implement OSH management systems to comply with Argentine regulations (Law 19,587 and SRT resolutions).

Training: Educate workers (technicians, maintainers, operators) on safe procedures.

Audits and Inspections: Carry out periodic checks in the parks (such as those near Bahía Blanca) to ensure compliance with standards.

Incident Investigation: Analyze accidents and near-misses to avoid recurrences.

Requirements

• No less than 5 years experience leading work teams in the Wind Industry.
• Engineering graduate (desirable).
• Electromechanical Tech.
• Knowledge of internal wind maintenance and external repair.
• Current GWO.
• Residing in Bahía Blanca or being willing to relocate.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
