Role Summary
Our Automotive Electronics Bosch team based in Sophia-Antipolis is developing its capacity in the architectures of future “System on Chip”. It deploys its expertise in different areas (driving assistance, intra-automobile communication networks, radar-type sensors, neural network-type calculation accelerators, processors, and now chiplet).
You report directly to the System group leader and your missions are as follows:
Contribute to the detailed definition of IP (intellectual property blocks) and complex circuits in collaboration with product managers, customers and all stakeholders of the development teams, in particular the HW and SW architects.
Guarantee that the proposed solution is optimal with respect to the target market (definition of the boundary between what belongs to the circuit/IP and what is external)
Optimize HW/SW partition to find the best balance between flexibility and performance regarding circuit size, power consumption, scalability.
Create and maintain system architecture documents
Ensure that operational safety constraints (in accordance with the ISO26262 standard) and those linked to operational safety (in accordance with the ISO 21434 standard) are taken into account
Support system validation teams during testing phases and during test specification phases
Depending on the candidate's profile, it is possible to add to the job definition the activities of IP Technical Manager, i.e. what is linked to the selection and decision to make or buy IPs from third parties. Your mission will then be to take charge of all or part of the technical part linked to the purchase of third party IPs by consolidating our specifications (in collaboration with the HW and SW Architecture teams but also DFT, Backend if applicable), to coordinate the technical monitoring of the IPs invested during the execution of the products that exploit them
