As an operator in the Securitas Operations Center (SOC), you work at the heart of our security organization. From our emergency center you process reports from customers throughout the Netherlands 24/7. No service is the same: you switch quickly, remain calm and ensure that the right action is taken.

Do you have no experience in security yet? No problem. At Securitas you can retrain. You will receive a good training period and learn step by step how to assess and follow up on reports.

You monitor locations remotely, support colleagues in the field and you provide support during problem situations. In this way you directly contribute to a safer world.

Responsibilities

Your duties include

• Receiving and assessing burglary, fire and robbery reports
• Checking camera images and reporting deviations
• Coordinate with mobile security guards and other emergency services
• Deploy the correct follow-up to alarm messages
• Monitoring safety remotely via camera and (vehicle) tracking systems
• Communicating with customers and colleagues in stressful situations

Requirements

• You are stress-resistant, analytical and see every alarm as a challenge.
• You have an MBO working and thinking level.
• Experience in security is not necessary. We attach more value to your motivation.
• You are flexible and you are happy to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends, morning, afternoon or night shifts.
• You live within a radius of 40 km around Geldrop.
• You recognize yourself in our core values: integrity, vigilance and helpfulness.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.
