Glass forming machine operator

Role Summary

production of glass packaging that meets quality requirements and ensuring trouble-free operation of glass molding machines (eliminating defects, lubricating and changing molds, setting up the machine, participating in variety changes, etc.).

to keep up to date with the regulation of materials, spare parts and tools needed for the execution of work, and to use the correct work methods and fill out production reports.

keep the tools used by the operator in technical order.

keep your workplace in order, take care of the orderliness and cleanliness of the work environment.

Requirements

• good technical knowledge and willingness to learn a completely new specialty.
• knowledge of the Estonian language at the communication level and the ability to understand instructional materials that are in Estonian.

• Work is a 12-hour shift - 2 days at work (from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), 2 days off, 2 nights at work (from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.) and 2 days off and mostly standing.

The gross salary of a beginner operator is approx. 1700-1800 € (depending on the length of the month and the production results). As experience and knowledge increase, the level increases and so does the salary. The basic gross salary of the operator is approx. 2400-2700 € (depending on the monthly working hours and production results).
