Responsibilities

What your tasks are

• Weekly processing of operational payroll data
• Analysis of data and support in automating the payroll process
• Ensuring flawless data migration between systems
• Support in the implementation of a legally secure AÜ
• Produce reports and analyzes to evaluate our performance and make data-driven decisions to improve the process
• Ownership of payroll-relevant systems and data maintenance to ensure error-free billing cycles
• Become the internal expert and main contact for all payroll-related topics

Requirements

What you bring with you

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Very good communication skills, both in English and German (min. C1 in both languages)
• Very good analytical skills and very advanced use of Excel
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
• Confident handling of collective agreements and AÜG is a plus

About the position

As a payroll specialist, you will be responsible for the course and optimization of our payroll operations. With valuable data, you will be able to ensure that our most important service to our workers runs smoothly and that they can be paid on time and correctly.
