General Supervisor of Occupational Health and Safety - Lima

Role Summary

We are looking for a General Supervisor to lead and coordinate field supervision activities, guaranteeing compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards, the correct management of the team of Risk Preventionists and compliance with client requirements.

Responsibilities

Among its main functions are

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the personnel assigned to the service.
• Verify compliance with current legal regulations on Safety and Health at Work.
• Lead the implementation and monitoring of risk prevention programs.
• Conduct field safety inspections and verify compliance with safe work procedures.
• Coordinate the investigation of incidents, accidents and safety observations.
• Prepare reports, reports and management indicators on Occupational Health and Safety.
• Permanently coordinate with the client and the operational areas to ensure the proper execution of the service.
• Promote a preventive culture aimed at continuous improvement and operational risk control.

Requirements

• Graduate in Security Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum experience of 03 years as General Supervisor or Field Coordinator in Occupational Health and Safety services.
• Experience leading risk supervision and prevention teams.
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Law and its regulations.
• Knowledge of IPERC, ATS, work permits and incident investigation.
• Use of Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
• Leadership, planning, effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work in the field.
