Role Summary

A REAL Management Traineeship

The shortest route to a managerial position in the fastest growing company in Europe where you bear operational, commercial and financial responsibility based on entrepreneurship;

No specialist work and no outsourcing to customers; you carry out dynamic and varied work at various Eurofins locations in the Netherlands

The two-year program consists of four different projects, of which at least two projects focus on Business Development and Operations. Consider implementing innovative systems, setting up new business models or supervising acquisitions. We aim for a 10% time investment in your personal and leadership development, including: following professional and skills training, on-the-job training, coaching of senior management and intervision with other trainees.

There is a spring and autumn group for the General Management Traineeship. We are currently looking for one more trainee for the Environment division for the autumn group. This means that you can start from September/October 2026.

Requirements

• For the General Management Traineeship we are looking for MSc graduates with an academic background in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Life Sciences combined with management/business subjects. You also have an affinity with the work of Eurofins.
• Our current Eurofins trainees describe themselves as young professionals with a great sense of responsibility, a creative and solution-oriented mindset, strong empathy and reflective skills and are not afraid to tackle challenges with both hands.
