About the Company

ABOUT NOOKS

Nooks is pioneering Classified-Infrastructure-as-a-Service (CIaaS) — designing, building, and operating Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and other secured, classified environments for the defense and national security community. We work with the agencies, contractors, and mission-driven organizations that keep the nation safe, delivering the physical infrastructure that makes classified work possible. We’re growing fast, operating across multiple markets, and building a company that takes both the mission and the business seriously.

JOIN OUR TEAM

Don’t see a role that fits your background? We’d still love to hear from you. We’re always on the lookout for smart, mission-oriented people who want to help us build the future of secure collaboration.

Our team brings together deep expertise from across national security, defense, technology, and the private sector. Many of us have served the country in uniform or supported critical missions in government and industry. At Nooks, we’re combining that mission-driven mindset with bold innovation to modernize the classified ecosystem - faster, safer, and with more flexibility than ever before.

At Nooks, we believe in service, integrity, and excellence. We’re also committed to building a team that reflects a range of backgrounds and experiences. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we strongly encourage applicants from all communities to apply.

Our hybrid culture spans physical secure sites and remote teams, and we’re working intentionally to bridge that divide. We believe trust, transparency, and collaboration are key to building a healthy, high-performing team.
