Role Summary

As part of the development of our activities and the increase in workload linked to new large-scale projects, you will be integrated into our engineering teams. You will work on studies relating to the General Installation of piping systems, HVAC and electrical equipment as well as handling issues for EPR2 projects.

Your main missions will be as follows

Technical coordination and study management: Coordinate the completion and delivery of installation studies in close interface with the project teams. You support the design office in the 3D integration of systems, scrupulously ensuring compliance with trade rules and installation procedures.

Input data and configuration management: Receive, collect and analyze input data and prerequisites from engineers in other disciplines (systems, contracts, cross-functional studies). You check its technical consistency, ensure the definition and control of the configuration, and take care of the identification and monitoring of Open Points and modifications.

Layout and Management of the 3D Model: Implement the different materials on the model. You manage the designers (particularly on PDMS/E3D) and check the overall consistency between the detailed mechanical diagrams and the 3D model. You regularly develop a precise status of the model based on the latest actual input data.

Multi-trade interfaces and design reviews: Ensure the interface with other trades to define and validate the overall installation design of the buildings. You organize and carry out installation reviews with all the engineering teams concerned in order to validate the quality of the 3D model.

Technical animation: Participate in and/or lead cross-functional technical meetings, with ease in switching to French or English depending on the interlocutors.

Requirements

Training / Experience

  • Diploma: Engineer graduated from a major school or holder of a Master 2 (Bac+5) specialized in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: You have a first successful experience (3 to 7 years) in general installation engineering, project engineering or technical coordination.
  • Technical skills in one of the following areas in the industrial field: General Installation, Piping, HVAC, Electricity, Handling.

Technical skills

  • Solid mastery of 3D model management (e.g. PDMS, E3D, SmartPlant 3D, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Proven skills in configuration management, monitoring of technical interfaces and processing of Open Points.
  • Perfect command of French and operational level of English (facilitation of technical and editorial meetings).

Personal qualities

Rigor, autonomy, spirit of synthesis and pronounced aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team.
