GenAI Engineer (Fully Remote, W2 only)

Role Summary

Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “GenAI Engineer”.

Seeking a GenAI Engineer to build an enterprise GenAI application layer focused on orchestration, capability discovery, and reusable skills . The role will implement intent routing, agent chaining, tool/skill management, and structured response generation using existing agents and data services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong Python or TypeScript backend engineering experience.

Production experience with agent orchestration, tool calling, workflow routing, and multi-agent chaining .

Strong API and schema design skills, including structured JSON input/output contracts.

Experience combining user intent, conversation history, screen context, and filters into downstream agent requests.

Experience transforming agent results into narratives, tables, charts, citations, and consistent response payloads .

Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI services using AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and AgentCore .

Ability to independently deliver tested, production-ready code with minimal guidance.
