Guild Garage Group
guildgaragegroup.comGuild Garage Group is a coalition of garage door brands that partners with owner-operated residential service providers. Rather than acting as a traditional private equity firm, Guild works as an alliance of owner operators, letting owners sell part of their business while keeping unit level ownership, so they benefit from annual distributions and an eventual full exit. It retains the employees and management teams of partner companies and provides resources and processes to help them serve customers, employees and communities. Guild selects companies through a vetting process that favors experienced teams of 10+ employees with strong cultures.
