Functional business expert - EAM / CMMS - Solutions & Expertises - Lyon

Role Summary

Based on the Lyon, Toulouse or Paris sites, the Solutions & Expertise Business Line is looking for Functional Business Experts to strengthen its EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) center of expertise and support our clients in facing their challenges of today and tomorrow (transformation of the Information System & Innovation - Maintenance 5.0), in the integration, deployment & support of their software package in close collaboration with our publishing partners (IBM, HEXAGON, CARL Software, etc.).

You operate in an environment that values expertise and digital transformation (IoT, AI and data) in varied business contexts: Transport, Energy, Public Sector, Communities, etc.

Your role and missions

Framework and define Business strategies (understanding of operational issues, running workshops with Businesses and participation in strategic discussions, etc.)

• Map the existing situation (processes, data, roles) and define the operational target (processes, asset management, interventions, stocks, purchases, planning)
• Participate in the construction of the Customer roadmap (priorities, quick wins, governance, KPIs, etc.)
• Design innovative solutions in compliance with the product standard (studies/scoping, design, documentation, test cases)
• Train key users/businesses in change management (support)

Integrate into a monitoring and innovation approach (Maintenance 5.0, IoT, AI and Cloud).

Technical environment

Solutions: IBM Maximo Application Suite, Infor EAM, Carl Source.

Related technologies: IoT, predictive AI, Cloud (Azure, AWS), ERP (SAP, Oracle).

Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, ITIL for service management.

Requirements

Expected skills

• Definition of maintenance strategies (understanding of issues, process mapping, identification of improvements)
• EAM/CMMS process modeling (asset management, interventions, stocks/purchasing, HSE)
• Writing specifications & conducting business workshops
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• You are proactive and speak English fluently.

Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent with a focus in IT, you have at least 10 years on software solution integration projects in the field of maintenance (EAM/CMMS) and significant maintenance experience (EAM/CMMS) and significant experience in the maintenance profession (scoping, multi-site deployment, change management).

Tools: mastery of at least one solution (IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, Carl Source) and their modules
