You develop and modernize full-stack applications in regulated environments such as banks and insurance companies
You design backend services, APIs, frontend components and stable interfaces
You help design event-driven architectures, e.g. B. with Apache Kafka or comparable technologies
- You pay attention to scalability, performance, security and a good user experience
- You support DevOps topics such as CI/CD, deployment, containerization and infrastructure-as-code
- You work agilely, contribute ideas and ensure code quality through testing, reviews and documentation
- You use modern AI tools sensibly and responsibly in the development process

Do you enjoy not only developing modern applications, but actually helping to shape them? As a full stack developer, you will work with our customers from the banking and insurance sectors on secure, scalable and easy-to-use software solutions. You will contribute your experience in the backend and frontend, think about interfaces, data flows and subsequent operations and be a reliable technical contact.
Requirements
This is what you bring with you
You have a completed degree or in-depth training in the field of computer science and have experience in software development. If you already know the banking, insurance or financial services environment, that's a plus - but not a must. We are also pleased to have the following knowledge and experience:
- Secure development with Java, ideally Java 17 or Java 21; Java 11 experience is helpful in a migration or legacy context
- Very good knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs and modern backend architectures
- Experience with event streaming, messaging or event-driven architectures, ideally with Apache Kafka
- Frontend experience with React, Angular or Vue.js as well as TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Practice with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, IBM DB2 or comparable systems
- Ideally experience with agile development, cloud, containerization, Kubernetes and CI/CD
- Nice to have: Kotlin, Bash, infrastructure-as-code, observability as well as security or regulatory experience in the financial services environment
