Role Summary

Work in the Quality area, conducting audits of critical processes, with a focus on ensuring that organizational processes are adequately planned, executed, monitored and continually improved, in accordance with internal, normative and regulatory requirements.

The professional will be responsible for planning, conducting and monitoring process audits, ensuring the identification of deviations, opportunities for improvement and operational risks.

Additionally, it should contribute to strengthening the governance of audited processes, ensuring methodological consistency, generating value for the areas involved and continuously evolving the maturity of organizational processes.

  • Lead the planning, organization and execution of internal audits of critical processes, ensuring adherence to ABNT NBR ISO 19011 guidelines and established internal procedures.
  • Support the definition of audit objectives, scope, criteria and methods, considering operational risks, process maturity level and organizational context.
  • Conduct audits with an approach based on processes, risks and objective evidence, including conducting interviews, document analysis and field checks.
  • Prepare technical reports and management and executive presentations, consolidating audit results, trends, identified risks and improvement recommendations.
  • Record, consolidate and communicate audit findings, including conformities, non-conformities, risks and opportunities for improvement, ensuring traceability and clarity of information.
  • Act in an integrated manner with operational, corporate and support areas, promoting alignment between audited processes and the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Monitoring of ongoing projects – Monitoring field activities, identifying the adherence of the executive project to field execution.
  • Planning - Plan execution of works together with contracted companies.
  • Technical preparation activity, supervision of works, execution analysis and monitoring of the construction process, directly attributable to the construction of the asset.
  • Preparation of the Works Report, analyzing the execution and technical monitoring of the project.

Requirements

Specific Knowledge

  • ABNT NBR ISO 19011 – Guidelines for auditing management systems.
  • Process governance and process approach.
  • Management tools and Office Package (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Autocad

Complete higher education in Engineering,

Differences

  • Certification or training as a Lead Auditor.
  • Knowledge in Process Auditing - VDA 6 - Part 3.
  • Experience with corporate or process audits.
