Full Stack Python and Vue.js Developer

Role Summary

What challenge do we propose?

We are looking to hire a Full Stack Developer with at least two years of experience with Python and Vue, to participate in the maintenance and development of a modular web application used by people from different countries, with a strong focus on shared data management and analytics.

The project has recently deployed a new instance on Amazon Web Services (AWS), opening up new possibilities for the evolution of the cloud service. In addition, it promotes research and development of new technologies aimed at improving current services and the user experience.

The selected person will join a multidisciplinary, young and continuously growing team, with a clear orientation towards agile development methodologies.

Among the main functions are

Development and maintenance of backend functionalities, including new modules, data models, APIs and scripts.

Development and maintenance of frontend functionalities, such as graphical interfaces and new components.

Generation and maintenance of documentation.

Generation and maintenance of tests.

User support.

Sector: Aeronautical sector.

Requirements

Adaptation to a multidisciplinary work environment based on agile methodologies will be valued.

• Experience with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with Django as a backend framework.
• Experience with Vue.js as a frontend framework.
• Design and management of REST APIs.
• Code management using Git, GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket.
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including dynamics such as dailies and sprints.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with the SOAP communication protocol.
• Knowledge and management of Linux systems.
• Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and Celery.
• Knowledge of cloud services and architecture with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Terraform.
• English with a minimum level B1.
