Develop, customize and implement Service Cloud solutions.
Work with automation flows, processes, and Apex development, Lightning Components, among others.
Integrate external systems with the Salesforce platform using APIs (REST/SOAP).
Configure and manage objects, page layouts, reports and dashboards.
Understand requirements, translate them into developments and ensure the best experience for users.
Perform maintenance and continuous improvement of Salesforce platforms.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
Stay up to date with new features and best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Full Professional who works with Salesforce (Service Cloud focus).

Solid experience as a Salesforce developer, focusing on Apex, Visualforce and Lightning (Aura and/or LWC) development.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Service Cloud platforms.
Experience with integration APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools.
Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
