Full Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Full Salesforce Developer to work on the development and evolution of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. This professional will be responsible for developing and customizing solutions on the platform, working with automations, integrations and maintenance of existing functionalities.

We are looking for someone with experience in Salesforce, knowledge in Apex, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL and integrations via APIs, as well as practical experience with Service Cloud and good development practices. It is also important to be familiar with versioning tools, agile methodologies and the use of AI applied to Salesforce development.

• Develop, customize and implement solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud;
• Work with automation flows, Apex processes and development, Lightning Components, among others;
• Integrate external systems with the Salesforce platform using REST/SOAP APIs;
• Configure and manage objects, page layouts, reports and dashboards;
• Understand the requirements, translate them into technical solutions and ensure a good experience for users;
• Perform maintenance and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions;
• Participate in the entire development cycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and support;

Stay up to date on new features and best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Experience as a Salesforce Developer, compatible with the seniority of the position;
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce and Lightning (Aura and/or LWC);
• Knowledge and practical experience with Service Cloud;
• Experience with REST/SOAP integration APIs and integration tools;
• Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Experience with code versioning and tools such as Git, GitHub and Azure DevOps;

Experience using AI tools applied to Salesforce development, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude.
