• Responsibility and Duties
• Explore, apply and validate research in the context of the team you are part of;
• Explore market studies that help in building the product and solutions;
• Create and facilitate moments of co-creation;
• Contribute to disseminating design techniques and methodologies to the product and design team;
• Work closely with business and technical teams to create viable experiences that positively impact the user journey;
• Bring the voice of the customer to product decision-making;
• Be Data-Driven, using qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and facilitate access to them;
• Create low and high fidelity journeys and prototypes, with well-defined interactions;
• Build simple and efficient solutions, using the Design System and tone and voice;
• Organize and document all design stages and deliverables;
• Know and apply good accessibility and usability practices in your deliveries;
• Contribute to the evolution and definitions of the Design System;
• Be guardian of Product usability and satisfaction metrics;
• Be connected to business needs, working with the PM to ensure the success of the product;

Requirements

• Have excellent communication and negotiation power;
• Actively participate in discussions and defend the user's voice;
• Be a problem solver to get to the root cause;
• Be an organized person with documentation and files;
• Master the steps of the design process and inspire others;
• Have worked in agile teams with a continuous discovery and delivery process;
• Monitor results and understand how to measure the value delivered;

Having experience in payment methods or banks is an advantage.
