Role Summary

Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and families with a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, and other front office administrative procedures.

Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, facilities, doctors' schedules, and administrative procedures.

Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries, correspondence, and patient-related documentation efficiently.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth patient services and maintain a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
• Good administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic administrative systems.
• Able to work professionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment, both independently and as part of a team.
