Role Summary

Destsetters is one of the leading strategic investment development consulting companies in Greece, specializing in the development of hotel concepts, strategic positioning and hospitality investment models.

As part of the development of its network of external partners, it is looking for new Hotel Concept Developers who wish to be trained and participate in the creation of hotel concepts for new hotels, resorts and hospitality investments.

This is a selected collaboration aimed at creative professionals with aesthetic perception, strategic thinking and passion for hospitality.

What is the role about?

The Hotel Concept Developer participates in the strategic development of accommodations, through a specialized document that defines the identity of a hotel. The concept is not only about the design of a project. It is the guide that determines:

• The visitor experience
• The strategic positioning of the hotel
• The functional philosophy of the product
• The architectural and aesthetic direction
• The characteristics of the premises and services
• The commercial and branding identity of the project

Requirements

• We are not necessarily looking for someone with years of consulting experience. We are looking for professionals who:
• They love to travel and follow market trends
• They have a strong aesthetic perception
• They are interested in design, architecture, branding and hospitality
• They have creative as well as practical thinking
• They can assess whether an idea is operationally feasible
• They have excellent attention to detail
• They enjoy structured research and analysis
• They write with clarity, precision and substance
• They stand out for their professionalism and consistency
• Strong research and information retrieval skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate quality visual material, hospitality references and creative sources of inspiration.
• Very good knowledge of the MacOS environment and daily familiarity with MacBook use.
• Very good knowledge of Apple Keynote as all company deliverables are developed exclusively in this environment.
• Educational or professional background in one or more of the following areas:
• Hospitality & Tourism
• Marketing & Communications
• Branding & Brand Strategy
• Fashion & Luxury Industries
• Architecture, Interior Design or related creative disciplines
• Familiarity with modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for research, analysis, content production and productivity growth and ability to critically evaluate results produced by AI tools and transform them into meaningful and high-quality content.
• Excellent written communication and ability to develop short, concise and meaningful texts.
• High attention to detail and commitment to the quality of the final result.
