šÆ ROLE: FOUNDING PRODUCT MANAGER
- We are hiring a Founding Product Manager to evolve Alpaca Health from a provider-focused EHR into an AI-native platform that powers every side of our market: providers, families, referral partners, and even payers.
- We are not looking for a traditional PM.
- You will not just write specs or run standups.
- You will prototype with AI, pressure-test ideas, and drive decisions through execution, not just talk.
Use AI to prototype fast

Build the provider growth platform

- You will own outcomes, not tickets.
Requirements

- Strong technical depth in AI systems, data architecture, or developer-adjacent environments
- Experience using AI tools to rapidly prototype and iterate
