Founders Associate

Role Summary

When? Full-time, from November 2026 · Where? Berlin, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)

Muris is building the AI operating system for agricultural logistics and optimizing the process from the field to the factory. Our food chains are exposed to ever greater fluctuations, for example due to weather, prices or a shortage of skilled workers. We are working to develop our food supply chains in a sustainable, robust and forward-looking manner. We are two founders with domain expertise and strong tech backgrounds, bootstrapped, with paying pilot customers. We have twenty topics running at the same time, from funding loans to workshop preparation. Your job is to create structure from this so that we founders can concentrate on customers and product.

• you are the right hand of the founders. You make a list of priorities, responsible people and deadlines from open to-dos and keep track of them
• you create business plans, financials and reporting for promotional loans
• you research investors and business angels and create pitch documents
• You develop competition analyzes and our positioning in the market
• you improve processes, solve ad hoc issues and quickly take on responsibility

You're perfect if...

• You approach challenges with ownership and a can-do attitude
• you set the highest quality standards for yourself and your slides, numbers and texts are right
• you can be relied upon and what you say will happen
• you work with attention to detail and notice when a number doesn't add up
• you communicate empathetically and clearly. We work closely together and humanity is as important to us as performance
• you are discreet and confident in your judgment; as your right hand, you see everything from finances to human resources issues
• you have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics or a scientific subject
• you have initial practical experience, for example from start-ups, consulting or banking
• you can do without in the short term in order to build something in the long term
