Role Summary

Objectives and Missions

Carry out services relating to the Audit, Labeling, Training and Specifications professions.

  • Contribute to the Development of the Business Unit by managing the improvement of the Business Unit's services by:
  • Contributing to the identification of non-conformities and their resolution
  • Cooperating on development projects
  • Being a force of proposal on the improvement of the client files entrusted to us
  • Contributing to maintaining the skills of the consultant network
  • Enabling an optimal response to client requests by adapting its expertise and extending its qualifications as a consultant

Collaborate with the scheduling department by communicating availability and adapting your workload plan according to current events.

Performance measurement

  • Personal productivity (management capacity, planning, number of annual missions, etc.)
  • Quality of services (measurement of customer satisfaction feedback, N+1 assessment, quality of renderings, etc.)
  • Control of deadlines
  • Participation and contribution to the development of the BU
  • Ability to constantly improve technical qualifications (e.g. extension of areas of expertise, qualifications, etc.)

Responsibilities

Operational load

  • Plan assigned missions based on customer instructions and expectations, and keep the activity calendar communicated to scheduling up to date.
  • Manage the logistics linked to the missions entrusted, with a view to optimizing time and costs.
  • Carry out missions in compliance with BU instructions and customer requirements
  • Produce the associated reports within the allotted deadlines established by the BU.
  • Communicate to the back office the information necessary to trigger invoicing (invoicing order, other, etc.).
  • Comply with the established rules for carrying out the services (preparation, planning, logistics, use of the tools entrusted, etc.).
  • Save all data associated with missions and their preparation on the computer servers made available (on the server or via sending to generic addresses).

Technical aspects

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of tools and services and be a force for proposals in this area.
  • Keep yourself regularly informed of technical developments and news in the qualification sectors.
  • Contribute to the development of services by periodically communicating to file managers and business unit managers the specific technical situations encountered during assigned missions

Development of the BU

  • Contribute to the Quality Management System
  • Contribute, when in accordance with the rules of ethics, to the promotion of BU offers and report to file managers, business unit managers and BU managers commercial opportunities detected during missions.

Requirements

  • Agro-Food Engineer or equivalent, with experience of more than 5 years in the agri-food industry (production site, service provision or purchasing center).
  • Developed knowledge of food safety and significant experience in a product category will be appreciated.
  • Professional English: ability to carry out an audit in English as needed.

Rigor, organization

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Benefits

  • On-site work + 1 day teleworking per week.
  • Regular travel (5-10 days per month), mainly in France, for audit and training missions with our clients.
