Role Summary

SupportYourApp is an international Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company that has been providing reliable technical support, customer support and customer experience services to growing companies for 15 years. Currently, there are 1,300+ specialists in our international community.

We provide services worldwide, supporting customers in 60 languages, partnering with leaders such as MasterCard, Calm and MacPaw, having international hubs, and developing innovative products like Quidget to make the customer experience better every day.

Our Product Engineering Community is actively growing, so we are looking for Full-Stack Developers who want to join the development of products in the field of Customer Experience, influence technical decisions and create modern scalable solutions together with the product team.

We build products focused on real user impact, constantly improve architecture, UX and performance, and value engineering mindset, initiative and strong team interaction.

• We are interested in getting to know you if you:
• You have experience in system or network administration;
• You have a good understanding of the principles of computer networks and network protocols;
• Worked with Linux and Windows Server administration;
• You have experience working with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN and Mikrotik;
• You understand the principles of Azure AD (Microsoft Entra);
• You have experience in supporting Linux / Windows / macOS workstations;
• You know how to analyze problems and find effective technical solutions;
• You like structure, documentation and a systematic approach;

You are comfortable working autonomously and in interaction with a team.

It is important to us

• English at the B1 (Intermediate+) level for writing documentation and communicating with colleagues;
• Ability to work in a team and take ownership of one's decisions;
