Role Summary

What you will do...

Deliver excellent customer service, working closely with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre.

Use PDA management software to manage service calls and maintenance visits.

Attend and resolve daily service calls plus scheduled maintenance work.

Take responsibility for your vehicle and stock, ensuring they’re properly maintained.

Bring a proactive, positive, “can-do” approach to every job.

Join the callout rota, with opportunities for additional earning potential.

Work flexibly when needed to meet client demand.

Be based within ~30 minutes of your working area for responsive service.

Eligibility & Clearance

Must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

Technical Knowledge

Intruder systems such as Texecom, Galaxy, Pacom & GE ranges.

Access Control (PC-based & standalone): Lenel, CEM, C-Cure, PAC & Paxton.

CCTV systems across analogue and IP platforms.

Advantageous: experience with Milestone, Dahua, Genetec, and CEM.

Strong IP networking skills and understanding of basic electrical principles.

Requirements

What you will need...

Experience & Skills

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the security systems industry.
  • Proven field service/technical experience.
  • Clean full UK driving licence
  • Solid understanding of industry standards.
  • The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service track record.
  • Ability to spot and refer potential sales opportunities (commission available).
  • Good communication, time management, and planning skills.
