Role Summary

• Your area of responsibility
• Further development and digitalization of finance processes as well as greater automation of recurring processes
• Optimization of the ERP system and connection of additional tools, especially for billing, accounting and recurring payment processes
• Development of meaningful management and investor reporting including relevant KPIs
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasts and liquidity planning
• Preparation and support of monthly and annual financial statements together with external tax advice
• Building scalable finance structures for further national and international growth
• Close collaboration with the existing finance team with the prospect of taking on more responsibility in the future, including managing the department

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in finance, accounting or bookkeeping
• Very good understanding of operational financial processes and basic accounting and accounting topics
• High IT and system affinity as well as experience with ERP systems, process digitalization or automation
• Confident use of Excel, key figures and business evaluations
• Experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented company is an advantage
• Hands-on way of working and willingness to take on operational tasks in addition to conceptual topics
• Very good knowledge of German and English
