Role Summary

Assist with financial administration and recording of company transactions.

Assist in verifying and reviewing financial documents and supporting documents.

Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoice and payment monitoring.

Perform accurate and timely data entry and processing of financial information.

Assist with data reconciliation and ensure transaction records are consistent with supporting documents.

Assist in preparing financial reports and documents required by the Finance team.

Maintain and organize financial documents and records systematically.

Support other Finance-related administrative and operational activities as required.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
  • Willing to work onsite at the designated office location.
