Field Service tekniker - Bosch Rexroth

Role Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused service technician to support our customers' electronic and hydraulic systems. An important task is also to build good customer relations and preferably increase sales to the customers you serve.

As quality is of the utmost importance in the work, part of your job will be to keep you up to date on the technologies used by Bosch Rexroth. You must therefore be open to further education and the development of skills.

Your primary tasks

• Carry out maintenance and repair of hydraulic and electronic systems and components
• Field work, including troubleshooting, repair and installation of equipment
• Customer follow-up and support, both onsite and via phone/email
• Training and guidance of customers in the use of our products and solutions
• Handle documentation and reporting
• Travel for work assignments, both national and international, must be expected

Requirements

Your professional qualifications

• Preferably a diploma or higher education in a relevant technical field, preferably hydraulics or electronics. A strong interest or relevant experience in the subject areas may also be sufficient.
• Experience from a similar position and industry is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both orally and in writing
• Good data skills
• Driver's license class B
