To strengthen our service team, we are looking for you to support our banking and trading products for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of our banking and trading products such as ATMs, cash register systems and self-checkout solutions for our customers
• Customer-oriented support and technical advice on site
• Documentation of your service calls supported by our mobile applications

Requirements

• Completed training in the field of IT/system electronics or comparable qualification
• Ideally, you already have field service experience
• Technical understanding & craftsmanship
• Customer-oriented and independent work is a given for you
• Reliability, initiative and the ability to communicate and work in a team round off your profile
• Very good knowledge of German (at least C.1 GER); Knowledge of English desirable
• Willingness to arrange flexible working hours
• Permanently valid class B (3) driving license for Germany
