Role Summary

🚀 Your role as a Field Service Specialist

Working in the high-end knowledge and expertise area.

Certified delivery of certified installations to customers (BMI, OAI, BORG).

Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on customer systems, taking into account the applicable regulations.

Resolving disruptions and incidents.

Ensuring and testing correct operation and specifications.

Carrying out assignments, such as setting up complete systems, moving and/or exchanging system parts and extensions.

Registering the work and completing supporting documents for the work.

Correctly transferring information about the work performed to the Service Desk.

On-the-job training of various field service colleagues.

The rules regarding safety, health and welfare (ARBO and VCA) that apply to the performance of the position.

Requirements

• Bachelor working and thinking level (MBO ++ training successfully completed).
• Maintenance and project expert (fire and/or audio/evacuation) if applicable.
• TBV/MBV for DEPOSIT if applicable.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of IT systems in the broadest sense of the word.
• In possession of product certificates for the delivery and maintenance of the assigned systems.
• Techniques used in the project to interpret malfunctions and to carry out service and maintenance.
• English and German for reading and interpreting the technical product information and exchanging information with product specialists.
• Clear and unambiguous reporting, both oral and written.
• Accurate, collegial, communicative, independent, problem-solving ability.
