As a Field Service Engineer Airports you work in a live airport environment where systems can never simply be switched off.

Responsibilities

What you do specifically

• From commissioning to complex disruptions
• In bedrijf stellen van security- en audiosystemen
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Resolving complex malfunctions and incidents
• Testing and validating system functionality
• Waarborgen dat systemen functioneren volgens specificaties
• Preparing delivery and service reports
• Uitvoeren van software-updates en systeemwijzigingen
• Doorvoeren van kleine uitbreidingen en technische modificaties
• Begeleiden van collega’s, leveranciers en derde partijen
• Registering activities and technical documentation
• Werken volgens ARBO-, VCA- en luchthavenveiligheidsprocedures
• Jij zorgt dat systemen niet alleen “aan staan”, maar ook daadwerkelijk doen wat ze moeten doen wanneer het erop aankomt.

Requirements

• MBO+ Electrical Engineering
• Certifications within BMI/OAI/Borg
• Basic knowledge of IT and network-driven systems
• Ervaring met service, onderhoud en storingsanalyse
• Independent and solution-oriented work attitude
• Good communication skills
• Highly desired
• MBV/TBV diploma
• NEN3140 and VCA
• Experience with CCTV, audio or security systems
• Affinity with IP networks and integrated systems
• Be able to read and interpret technical English and German
• You remain calm under pressure
• You think ahead
• You work accurately and structured
• You take ownership
• You prevent problems before they escalate
