Responsibilities

• support the Marketing Manager in defining the strategy and priorities, planning and implementing the Marketing Mix (4P) and defining budgets and forecasts;
• involvement with increasing autonomy in the development of marketing projects until acquiring the skills necessary for managing a product line;
• participate in the organization of corporate and training events, taking care of the logistical management and preparation of materials to support the presentations;
• follow data analysis activities on market trends, sales by product, competition and ROI of activities carried out;
• offer first-person support to customers through dedicated and periodic visits.
• Support the Marketing Manager in defining strategy and priorities, planning and implementing the Marketing Mix (4Ps), and defining budgets and forecasts;
• Gradually take on increasing responsibility in the development of marketing projects, acquiring the skills necessary to independently manage a product line;
• Contribute to the organization of corporate and training events, managing logistics and preparing supporting materials for presentations;
• Conduct data analysis activities on market trends, product sales, competition, and ROI of implemented initiatives;
• Provide direct support to customers through dedicated and regular field visits.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical-scientific or economic-marketing field;
• Proven knowledge of the sector and experience in the specific district - knee prosthetics - will be a preferential criterion for selection;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
• Excellent skills in using digital and information tools, including the Office package (especially Excel and Power Point).

• We are seeking a Field Product Manager for the Knee segment to join our Italian commercial subsidiary.

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for managing marketing activities in support of the sales force, with the objective of strengthening product positioning in the market. The position focuses on products related to the Knee area.

Through dedicated training programs, the candidate will develop a strong understanding of the Italian orthopedic market, including key stakeholders, market management dynamics, ethical codes, and regulatory frameworks. Particular focus will be given to the anatomy of the main joints (hip, shoulder, knee, and elbow), our product portfolio, and the related surgical techniques.

• Degree in a technical, scientific, or economics/marketing field;
• Proven knowledge of the sector and experience in the specific area of knee prosthetics will be considered a strong plus;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Strong proficiency in digital and information tools, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Additional Skills

The ideal candidate is dynamic and proactive, with strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation/persuasion abilities. The individual should be able to work effectively in a team environment and promote cross-functional collaboration among involved departments.

Willingness to travel frequently across the national territory is required.
