Field Operations Supervisor | Neuquén

Role Summary

We have an opportunity for you: we are looking for a Shopper & Store Management Lead to be part of the Quick Commerce Operations team. The objective of the position is to guarantee the good performance of active personal shoppers in our partners and guarantee the purchasing experience and quality of orders for our users.

Build and execute actions to achieve objectives and operational continuity of partners, ensuring excellence and quality standards of the company.

Demand analysis: ensure the appropriate equipment and the appropriate distribution of your work schedules. Lead, motivate, guide and develop productive work teams with a good climate.

Guarantee a satisfactory and quality purchasing experience, which generates the habit of repurchases.

Identify and influence the resolution of problems, focused on the search for continuous improvement in processes.

Analyze and track team and Partner performance metrics.

Analyze and generate evaluation reports on test results or implemented strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience leading and developing teams.
• Possess knowledge and use of Google digital tools.
• Availability to make national trips.
• Own mobility and driver's license.
• Availability to work 6 days, evenings and weekends.
