Field Assistant - GSP Project

Role Summary

Copy or transmit all information received regarding the service by the Resident Engineer, Cusco base or Lima base to the corresponding area personnel.

Responsible for deliverables such as: minutes, daily reports, reception, inventories, custody, preservation and maintenance, reports, formats, specific instructions and documents in general

Maintain records that demonstrate effective operation in force digitally, available in their places of use and procedures, instructions, formats and documents in general easily accessible.

Keep general area personnel informed about modifications and updates to all documentation.

Channel the information received daily by the respective personnel for the preparation of the daily report.

Coordinate directly with the resident the documents to be generated for delivery.

Verify the formats and documents generated by all areas for the control of these

Assist the Resident Engineer in his activities related to his position.

Report any news detected in the field.

Other functions similar to your position indicated by the Employer or hierarchical superior based on your needs and requirements

Requirements

Essential technical studies in Accounting, Automotive Mechanics, Topography, Administration, Business Administration Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanics, Chemistry, Geology, Mines, Administration or Business Administration.

• Knowledge Design, construction, operation and maintenance of plants or pipelines. (desirable)
• Experience as a construction field assistant or performing functions
• similar – 02 years or more
• Residence in Cusco
