Role Summary

THE SERVICE

Within the Haute-Savoie Local Service, made up of 40 employees, working in the eastern part of the Haute Savoie department for water and sanitation contracts.

The position to be filled is attached to the Morillon team which ensures the operation of sanitation systems (Plant, PR, Networks). Scope of intervention: Morillon, Verchaix, La Rivière-Enverse, Samoëns, Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval…

THE PROFILE WANTED

• BAC to Bac+2 training in water professions with initial experience in sanitation
• Have 1st level maintenance knowledge
• Autonomy, versatility and sense of responsibility
• Relational qualities and team spirit
• B license

Responsibilities

• The Plant Operator carries out the daily maintenance and operation tasks of the installations on the Morillon wastewater treatment plant site:
• Perform daily operation and maintenance tasks of the wastewater treatment plant
• Ensure the adjustment of processes to guarantee the quality of the effluents discharged
• Carry out self-monitoring samples and monitor self-monitoring equipment
• Occasionally participate in electromechanical equipment renewal operations with the maintenance team
• Participate in the composting activity using a telescopic loader
• Manage and process incidents, alerts and crises
• Report operating anomalies to the team manager
• Respect the safety instructions
• Be proactive in safety by reporting dangerous situations
• Participate in the on-call duty of the area concerned
