As a Factoring Operations Manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for the operational handling of our factoring processes and ensure that they run reliably and efficiently.

• Examination and purchase of receivables
• Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Supporting our customers with operational issues
• Control and monitoring of ongoing factoring processes
• Coordination with receivables management, finance, risk and sales
• Identification and implementation of process improvements
• Participation in the digitization and automation of our operations processes

Requirements

Completed studies in business administration, finance or comparable or commercial training, e.g. B. as a bank clerk, tax assistant or legal assistant

• Several years of professional experience in accounting or finance-related processes
• Confident use of Excel
• Understanding of legal, regulatory and technical contexts
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Analytical thinking and organizational skills
• Very good knowledge of German (C1/C2) and very good knowledge of English (C1)

Nice to have

• Experience in factoring or financial services environments
• Knowledge of ef3
