Role Summary

The MBC Technical Application Expert (Delivery Lead) is responsible for the technical and functional management of solutions based on Microsoft Business Central (MBC). This role involves close coordination with technical teams, business lines and stakeholders to guarantee the quality, performance and delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Management and Coordination

• Manage and coordinate technical and functional teams.
• Organize and plan deliverables while respecting deadlines and requirements.
• Provide support to project management to ensure the success of initiatives.

Management of Deliverables

• Produce flash reports and piloting reports (Steerco).
• Provide active support in the management of deliverables.

Technical Expertise

• Guarantee a thorough understanding of MBC (Microsoft Business Central) requirements.
• Participate in the technical and functional analysis of needs.

Requirements

• Bac+ 5 in IT or equivalent with experience between 6 and 8 years as a technical application expert.
• Strong command of Microsoft Business Central (MBC).
• Experience as a PO/Business Analyst or IS Project Manager.
• Knowledge of business processes and IS solutions.
• Former developer (major asset).
• Senior with proven technical and functional expertise.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a multicultural environment.
• Rigor, organization and leadership to ensure team coordination.
