Role Summary

You are the central contact person for customs authorities regarding the AEO approval of Robert Bosch Power Tools Germany.

You continuously monitor and ensure compliance with AEO compliance requirements.

You are end-to-end responsible for the preference process and its execution for Robert Bosch Power Tools in the EU.

To ensure compliance and maximize cost advantages, you regularly review and optimize preference processes.

You are responsible for authorizing and maintaining the “Authorized Exporter” for Bosch Power Tools in the EU.

Personality and way of working

You will be able to analyze complex issues independently and in a structured manner and always be curious about finding new approaches to solutions.

You communicate confidently and appropriately with customers and authorities.

Languages: You have fluent German and English skills.

Requirements

Education: You have a degree in economics (with a focus on customs and/or logistics) or a comparable qualification.

Experience and know-how

  • You have several years of experience in the area of preferential law
  • You have in-depth knowledge of logistics.
  • You have good knowledge of SAP GTS Risk as well as the common SAP ERP systems
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the foreign trade area of a large corporation and in operational foreign trade
