Role Summary
Within our methods team and in direct contact with the workshops, you will be a key player in our industrial performance. Thanks to your dual skills in industrial methods and digital technologies, you will manage manufacturing process development projects as well as the industrialization of new products, and actively contribute to the digitalization of our workshops.
Purpose of the position
Manage the industrialization of our systems (distributors, joysticks), guaranteeing performance (Quality, Costs, Deadlines) from design to stabilization in serial life.
Be the technical referent for the deployment of 4.0 solutions, by adapting and implementing technologies in the field.
Anchor operational excellence on a daily basis by optimizing workstations, standardizing best practices and providing technical support for production.
Innovation and Technical Expertise
Ensure active monitoring of new technologies and conduct feasibility tests to assess their relevance for our site.
Configure software and hardware solutions to meet specific production needs.
Responsibilities
Project Management and Industrialization
- Manage the complete execution of industrialization projects (planning, budget, investments, resources), by coordinating multidisciplinary teams (R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics).
- Design, qualify and optimize assembly processes as well as functional test benches (hydraulic, electronic).
- Define and implement component/sub-assemblies flows from the supply of components to the assembly stations to the shipment of finished products
- Ensure clear reporting on project progress and performance indicators.
Operational Deployment and Continuous Improvement
- Implement the technological building blocks of Industry 4.0 defined in the site roadmap (e.g.: MES, traceability, connectivity).
- Write and maintain technical documentation (work instructions, monitoring plans, adjustment sheets) and train production teams in new means.
- Rigorously apply standard methods (FMEA, capabilities, flow analysis) to guarantee the robustness and performance of processes.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical problems in production (troubleshooting, root cause analysis) to secure our deliveries.
Requirements
- Training: Engineering degree or Bac +5 level training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or equivalent.
