Role Summary

• Reporting to the quality department manager, your main missions will be:
• Manage and coordinate the treatment of non-conformities and associated action plans,
• Prepare and coordinate process, quality system and customer audits (e.g. ISO9001 and IATF, etc.),

Responsibilities

Daily activity includes the following tasks

• Coordinate the drafting of quality documents and procedures (e.g.: quality annex, control instructions, etc.),
• Ensure the monitoring of quality indicators,
• Manage activities in connection with external quality service providers (e.g.: suppliers, sorting services, auditors, etc.),
• Provide advice and support on quality tools and methods,
• Train and support employees from the point of view of internal and customer quality requirements,
• Lead quality improvement projects,
• Carry out documentary monitoring,

Participate in internal problem-solving working groups.

Requirements

We are looking for a general engineer or quality/methods technician with experience in the automotive sector.

The skills desired for this position are

• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF or equivalent standards)
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g. 5S, FMEA, root cause analysis)
• Technical skills and curiosity
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Fluency in English (written and oral, for relations with our customers)
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite

Experience in carrying out internal and external audits would be a plus.
