Role Summary

Your future working environment

Reporting to Sopra Steria I2S, you will join the Digital Platform Services (DPS) division.

You are joining a dynamic agency which has more than 370 employees spread across the Paris region.

Depending on the missions entrusted to you, you work within Sopra Steria internal teams in outsourcing-type services, or you are directly integrated into client teams as a technical expert.

The agency markets its activities to large account clients, mainly from the Banking and Insurance sectors.

Your role and missions

As a Hypervision Expert, you work on large-scale projects involving the collection, processing and supervision of logs from complex, high-volume infrastructures.

As such, you

Contribute to the collection of logs of all assets (servers, databases, VPNs, workstations, network equipment, etc.) for the purposes of supervision and security (detection and regulatory backup).

Use the ELK stack (Elastic Agents, Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana) as the backbone of the collection and monitoring architecture.

Administer and optimize an infrastructure processing data volumes exceeding 30 TB per day, ensuring system scalability and resilience.

Configure Logstash for parsing, enriching and normalizing log streams.

Integrate and operate a Kafka bus to make exchanges between components more reliable and buffered.

Deploy WEC/WEF (Windows Event Collector/Forwarder) solutions to centralize Windows events.

Participate in the implementation of advanced monitoring, integrating scenarios based on artificial intelligence and OpenSearch dashboards.

Ensure hypervision environments are maintained in operational condition (MCO) 24/7.

Write and update technical documentation, operating procedures and user guides.

Collaborate with the Data, Security and Operations teams in an Agile and English-speaking context.

Your technical environment may consist of

• Stack ELK: Elastic Agents, Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana
• Additional tools: OpenSearch, OpenSearch Dashboards (AI integration)
• Message broker: Kafka
• Windows collection: WEC / WEF
• Systems: Linux
• Languages and tools: Shell, Python, Git
• Methodology: Agile / DevOps

Requirements

• You have a Bac +5 degree in IT, Data or infrastructure.
• You have at least 6 years of proven experience in administration, integration and supervision of high-volume ELK environments.
• You master Linux, Elastic Stack and Kafka architectures.
• You know the principles of log collection and analysis, as well as advanced monitoring mechanisms.
• You are comfortable in an Agile, autonomous, rigorous and results-oriented environment.
• You have a good level of technical English, written and oral.
