Role Summary
Your main role is to coordinate exchanges between laboratories, sales teams and customers regarding microbiology food analyses.
- Your main missions
- Customer relationship management and after-sales service monitoring of internal and subcontracted analyses;
- Interface between customers and network laboratories, with regular written exchanges in English;
- Processing and monitoring customer complaints as well as technical requests;
- Development, implementation and monitoring of control plans;
- Research and proposal of the most suitable analytical solutions according to technical and budgetary constraints;
- Active participation in quality activities and continuous process improvement;
- Contribution to impact studies linked to regulatory, normative or technical developments;
- Management and monitoring of quotes, with a technical support role for TSM;
Carrying out a normative and regulatory watch in order to anticipate developments in the sector.
Requirements
Know-how
- Scientific training Bac+5 food microbiology or equivalent;
- Good knowledge of the functioning and constraints of a laboratory;
- Mastery of IT tools and ability to use them effectively;
- Ability to research and propose suitable technical solutions;
- Fluency in written and oral English;
Ability to manage and prioritize several files simultaneously.
